Food for a dumb vegetarian – Avocado

超級鍾意牛油果,因為牛油果有 18 種必需 amino acid,係素食者吸收 protein 的恩物。但係就咁食,食得多又會覺得膩,所以總會用來做沙律Salsa等。但係最快的方法 —— 都係我最鍾意的方法 —— 就是切粒,灑黑芝麻、pepper,同埋含豐富維他命 E 的麻油。

Obsessed with avocados, for it contains 18 essential amino acids, providing rich protein for vegetarians. But it doesn’t always taste good if eaten alone, so I usually mix it in salads and salsas. The quickest way to do it, and my favourite, is to dice it and top it with black sesame, pepper and Vitamin E-rich sesame oil.
